Gajjar Halwa

Our version of a carrot cake - shredded carrot is poached in milk and syrup and reduced to a sticky mixture, where we add mawa to finish off and garnish with nuts.

Quantities:

• 250g = approx. 3-4 pieces
• 500g = approx. 7-8 pieces
• 1kg = approx. 15-16 pieces
